Dan Dee International Limited Announces the First Step in its Global Sustainability Program by Introducing EarthRite™ Fiber

Largo, FL, November 30, 2006 --(PR.com)-- Dan Dee International Limited announces the first step in its Global Sustainability Program by introducing EarthRite™ Fiber, a new polyester filling that is regenerated for stuffed animals from reclaimed PET (polyethylene terephthalate) drink bottles, versus disposing of them in public landfills throughout the US and Europe.

Wal-Mart's Christmas 2006 plush order used the new EarthRite Fiber polyester and saved 40,000 gallons of gasoline by not using oil based raw materials for polyester filling. That's enough to fill the tanks of 2,000 SUV's and enough PET  beverage bottles were saved from disposal in landfills to stretch from New York City to Los Angeles, California when placed ene to end.

Dan Dee International Limited's new environmental friendly products are also packaged in 75-80% recycled paper. For every 1875 lbs (about 2 tons) of recycled paper used by Dan Dee, 1.2 tons of oil, 100 tons of water, 662 lbs of chemicals (chlorine, lime, and sulfur), and 17 twenty-four foot trees.

In 2006 Dan Dee International Limited will have saved 5,000 trees, 352 tons of oil, 29,400 tons of water and 194,628 lbs of chemicals, just on packaging alone.

Dan Dee International Limited is commited to promoting recycling, reducing waste and conserving our natural resources in order to preserve the environment for the benefit of current and future generations.
