HCG True Diet offers new and exciting low calorie HCG Diet recipes.

Dallas, TX, June 09, 2010 --( HCG True Diet offers new and exciting recipes for enrolled patient. Patients are able to view the recipes by enrolling with an HCG True Diet physician and logging into the website. The recipes pack in flavor while adhering to the low calorie demands of the diet. Most of the recipes feature a high protein meat.

Ginger Shrimp Salad

- 100g peeled and deveined shrimp
- About ½ inch piece fresh ginger peeled and grated
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 cucumber chopped about one inch squares
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- pepper to taste

Place cucumbers in a bowl and set aside. Saute shrimp on med-low or med heat with ginger, garlic, apple cider vinegar, and lime juice until pink. Take shrimp out of pan and place in bowl of other ingredients. Add 2 tbsp water to create deglazing sauce and simmer. Once reduced, add the extra sauce and refrigerate 30 min. Add pepper to taste.
