)-- The Casey Cares Foundation Announces Partnership with Something mAAgic
The Casey Cares Foundation is pleased to announce a partnership with the Something mAAgic Foundation, employees from American Airlines who help create magical memories for children with chronic or life-threatening medical conditions. Something mAAgic Foundation has invited two Casey Cares families to participate in the Foundation’s annual marquee event, WishFlight, which offers children with chronic or life-threatening medical conditions an unforgettable vacation experience in Orlando, FL. The Casey Cares Foundation provides uplifting programs with a special touch to critically ill children and their families. The trips are part of the Celebration Vacation program, one of six programs of Casey Cares.
The two families, one leaving from BWI airport and one from Washington/Reagan – National (DCA), will leave on Oct. 1st and fly to Orlando, FL., where they will stay at Give Kids The World Village, a 70 acre resort that provides memorable, cost-free experiences to children with life-threatening illnesses and their families. They will stay five nights and be treated to all that DisneyWorld has to offer.
“We are so excited that the Something mAAgic Foundation has selected Casey Cares as one of four of their beneficiary organizations this year,” stated Casey Baynes, Casey Cares Executive Director. “We hope that this is the first of many years of a partnership that creates these wonderful memories for such deserving families.”
