The Ann Arbor office covers Washtenaw, Lenawee and Jackson counties and parts of Oakland, Livingston and Wayne counties.

Colon-Cuevas earned his medical doctorate from the University of Seville, School of Medicine in Spain, and completed his rotating internship at Caguas Regional Hospital in Puerto Rico. He is a member of the American Medical Association and Colegio de Médicos Cirujanos de Puerto Rico.
