GreenTech Energy Services Names Trish Harrington Director of Business Development

Philadelphia, PA, June 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- GreenTech Energy Services, an innovative Energy Services Company that provides its customers with cost-effective energy reduction solutions, has named Trish Harrington as its new Director of Business Development.

Ms. Harrington will be responsible for expanding GreenTech’s marketshare in Pennsylvania, with a focus on the commercial/industrial, education and healthcare sectors.

Before joining GreenTech, Ms. Harrington was a Business Development Manager with mechanical/plumbing contractor Herman Goldner Company in Philadelphia, where she made direct contact with executives and owners for bidding and design build opportunities as a preferred contractor.

Ms. Harrington launched her career in 1989 when she formed Harkins & Harkins Mechanical Services. The company grew from first-year sales of $3 M to annual sales of $11 M, becoming Philadelphia’s largest woman-owned HVAC, plumbing and electrical construction and service company. Her clients included Wawa Corporate headquarters, Ortho McNeil and Merck Pharmaceuticals, the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and the City of Philadelphia Library System. She sold the company to Alliance Realty Services and was retained as Chief Operating Officer for its mechanical services division in Philadelphia.
