NAWBO San Diego July Seminar Focuses on Wellness

San Diego, CA, June 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Diego, which promotes, supports and educates women business owners in achieving success, announced today that it will continue its monthly seminar series on Friday, July 9 with a program presented by Kathy Gruver: “Wellness for Women Entrepreneurs.” The seminar will be held at Brandman University, 7460 Mission Valley Road, from noon to 1 p.m.

Gruver, author of “The Alternative Medicine Cabinet,” has been involved in natural health for two decades as an educator, practitioner and speaker. Her presentation will include tips on how to fit fitness into your busy workday, foods to add and avoid for optimum health and wellness, and ways to naturally improve your sleep.

Pre-registration is required and seating is limited. NAWBO San Diego members can attend at no cost, while the fee for visitors is $25. Box lunches will be provided. Online registration and more information are available at nawbo-sd.org.
