Fountain Terrace Condominium Association Names Stillman Management Property Manager of Stamford, CT High Rise

Stillman Management, Inc. signs three-year management agreement with 71 Fountain Terrace Condominium Association, Inc.

Stamford, CT, July 01, 2010 --( Stillman Management, Inc., a full service property management company based in Mamaroneck, NY, recently signed a three-year management agreement with 71 Fountain Terrace Condominium Association, Inc. and 77 Fountain Terrace Master Condominium Association, Inc., located at 71 Strawberry Hill Avenue in Stamford, CT.

Originally built in 1960 as an apartment complex, the 218-unit, 230,000 sq. ft building at 71 Fountain Terrace was converted into condominiums in 1982 with three studio, 82 1-bedroom, 132 2-bedroom, and three 3-bedroom apartments. Befitting its name, Fountain Terrace is graced by a front entrance fountain and a private terrace on every unit.
