Based in Phuket, Elsie will oversee MICE and group markets as well as leading the Event Sales team for the Resort.

Ms Boon is a dynamic individual that brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in event sales, and MICE markets with over 13 years in the hospitality industry. Commencing her Starwood Journey in 1997, Elsie has held a number of key management and leadership roles within Starwood’s South East Asia, most recently holding the position of Director of Catering & Conventions for The Andaman, A Luxury Collection Resort, Langkawi in Malaysia.
