Local Realtors Donate Money at Union Open House for Children's Miracle Network

During a broker open house at 324 Dogwood Drive in Union, NJ, local realtors came to support Children's Miracle Network. RE/MAX is CMN's largest contributor and agents try to raise money wherever possible.

Union, NJ, December 14, 2006 --(PR.com)-- A handful of agents were in attendance at a broker open house Tues., December 12th sponsored by Denise Broesler, office manager of RE/MAX Classic Group.  Knowing that the time of year is a busy one for agents since it is the slowest month of the year with people preparing for the holidays, Denise added a different appeal to come to the open house in addition to the usual bagels.

For every agent that came to the open house, Denise contributed $5 towards Children's Miracle Network.  She had in attendance Robert Kahn of Exit Nova Realty, Donna Clayton of Weichert, Realtors, Joanne Stewart of RE/MAX Fidelity, Joan LaForte of Coldwell Banker, Michael Campanaro of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, and Julie Keane of RE/MAX Classic Group.

"Thirty dollars may not seem like a lot of money, but if other agents picked up on the idea, the thirty dollars here and there would certainly add up," said Broesler.  "It felt great to see the door open - even though we had major construction going on in the surrounding streets.  The agents that came made a special effort to drive around traffic so they could help a great cause, see a beautiful house and have a great breakfast!"
