San Diego, CA, July 30, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) San Diego, which promotes, supports and educates women business owners in achieving success, announced today that its August meeting will feature a presentation by management consultant Owen Jay Murphy: “Customer Relations: Keeping Your Customers Loyal While Attracting New Ones.” The lunch event will take place on Wednesday, August 15 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Sheraton La Jolla, 3299 Holiday Court.

Murphy specializes in helping small business owners improve their competitiveness in the marketplace. His presentation will include why and how businesses lose customers, basic rules on keeping customers happy, how to communicate with customers to make them want to do business with you, and the cardinal sins of business.
