Woburn, MA, August 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, a supplier recognized for electrically heated and powered cleaning systems, unveiled 3 Vapor-Flo® 8100 class power washers. The new 8110, 8150 and 8175 are capable of 0.4 GPM of water flow, 1450 psi of rated pressure, and 175°F heated water. These entry level machines are designed for cleaning sensitive machinery and no-exhaust applications.

Power Washers in Varied Configurations
The new Vapor-Flo® 8100 power washers offer both heated and non-heated cleaning for a variety of applications. The systems use only electrically-based heating and pressure units. The coil-based heating units convert cold water to 175°F in around 30 seconds.
The pressure units employ direct drive and continuous-use pumps that carry Daimer® warranties of five years. The power washers come with 15° no-rust steel nozzles with filters. Each system is powered by a commercial strength 1.0 HP electric motor that can be purchased configured for single phase 230V, 60 Hz power or three phase 440V, 60 Hz power. The motors carry a one year warranty.
The 8110 and 8175 are mobile systems with mounted, heavy-duty wheels. The 8150 is stationary for fixed applications. The portable 8175 and fixed 8150 come in rust-resistant steel housings. The mobile 8110 comes in a special chemical resisting, non-chip housing of powder-coated steel.
