Skull Coast Ales Sails Into Davidson, NC

Skull Coast release party at Brickhouse Tavern in Davidson, NC, near Davidson College.

Davidson, NC, August 01, 2010 --( The Skull Coast Ale Company is pleased to announce a "Pint Night" party for the residents of Davidson, and students, faculty and staff of Davidson College, on Monday, August 2nd at 7pm at the Brickhouse Tavern in Davidson, NC.

The "Pint Night" will feature the company's famous "Skull Coast Girl," who will be around to sign autographs and inform customers of Skull Coast's Maelstrom IPA. In addition, if they order a Maelstrom customers will be able to "Keep the Glass," featuring the company's Maelstrom IPA logo.

Skull Coast’s “Chief Drinking Officer,” David Fox, was delighted the Brickhouse Tavern was interested in hosting the event. "We have been wanting to throw a party for the residents of Davidson and students of Davidson College for a while now. We have received numerous emails from the student population of Davidson College wondering when we'd get up here. So, when we started looking for a place, the Brickhouse Tavern was our first choice, and we're thrilled they agreed to host us."

Skull Coast is currently expanding capacity to be able to deliver kegs to the rest of North Carolina. But, for now, Maelstrom IPA is only available in the five counties constituting the territory of its distributor, Carolina Premium Beverage.

The Skull Coast Ale Company creates big, bold, high-gravity ales that celebrate the people, culture and history of the Carolinas during the Golden Age of Piracy.
