California State Bar Board of Governors Selects Judith M. Fouladi for 2011 Commission on Judicial Nominations & Evaluations Committee

Fouladi has just been selected by the State Bar of California's Board of Governors to serve on the JNE Commission (Judicial Nominations and Evaluation Commission) as an alternate Commissioner beginning in 2011 for a 2 year term. The JNE commission is charged by Government Code Sec. 12011.5 with conducting confidential evaluations of all persons whose names have been submitted to it by the governor as potential judicial appointees. It is comprised of 34 commissioners throughout California and is charged with providing independent, comprehensive, accurate and fair evaluations of candidates for judicial appointment and nomination. Ms. Fouladi became a Partner with Bohm, Matsen, Kegel & Aguilera in 2008.
