"Thinking Outside the Box," a Free Seminar for Non-Profit Organizations

Sponsored by E. Sue Huff and Kelly E. Capolino, the "Thinking Outside the Box" seminar features four speakers with invaluable tips for non-profits to grow their organizations.

Naples, FL, August 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- E. Sue Huff, owner of E. Sue Huff & Associates, a local marketing and management consulting firm, is teaming up with Kelly E. Capolino, a top producing local real estate agent and the founder of the Diamond Volunteer Program, to provide a free fast-paced seminar for local non-profit organizations.

The seminar will offer creative suggestions for “Thinking Outside the Box.” The free seminar will be held on Thursday, August 26 from 9 to 11:00 a.m. at the Naples Daily News Community Room, located at 1100 Immokalee Road in Naples.

The seminar features four speakers: Sue Huff, owner of E. Sue Huff & Associates; Cyndee Woolley, Chief Creative Strategist and owner of C2 Communications; Paul Kessen, President of Allegra of Naples; and Kelly E. Capolino, Realtor and Founder of the Diamond Volunteer Program.

“Non-profits are encouraged to attend to learn helpful tips in the areas of public relations, media coverage, social media campaigns, fundraising opportunities, volunteer appreciation programs, and cost saving tips when purchasing goods and services. The presenters will explain how to grow an organization through free programs geared mainly for non-profits. Plus, all attendees will have a chance to nominate their organization for a free volunteer reception and award,” said Huff.

Huff, the co-sponsor of the event, will offer information about creating an online presence through press releases, giving instructions on the correct way to compose, edit and submit. Woolley will give the latest info on social media and how it has helped other non-profits in fundraising and volunteer growth.

Kessen will speak about Allegra and their community programs, "Posters with Purpose," and the "FootPRINT Fund." Posters with Purpose allows non-profit organizations to receive free customized event posters and The FootPRINT Fund awards charitable organizations with $1,000 worth of Allegra’s services in printing, graphic design, marketing, and more.

Capolino will round out the morning by speaking about the Diamond Volunteer Program, a recognition series she founded to honor non-profits and their volunteers in 2008. She will also be presenting her 15% Referral Gift program that runs alongside her non-profit program -- a donation program from her commission on homes referred to her through charitable organizations. Information and applications on how to apply to these award programs will be provided at the seminar.

“Attendees will be given materials to take with them so they can use the information they gained immediately. We know that economic times have hit everyone and non-profits are suffering too. We need to help them as much as we can to be successful and to keep their services up and running. This seminar is just one way we thought we could give back to them – by offering information for thinking outside the box,” said Capolino.

The “Thinking Outside the Box” seminar is free, but space is limited. Reservations may be made by emailing (a) the name of the organization wishing to attend and (b) the number of people wishing to attend to Sue@ESueHuff.com.
