“Yoga allows you to purify the mind of all the clutter life throws at you as well as provides a perfect means to reenergize/give power to the body, helping to promote confidence and strength. I created Pure Bar with the knowledge that whole, simple, organic ingredients gives your body the fuel it needs to be strong, healthy and pure on the inside. Because I believe that eating the right foods goes hand in hand with empowering mind, body and spirit through yoga,” says Veronica Bosgraaf, founder of PURE Bar.

In addition to free classes, the Yoga Health Foundation is announcing the release of the Official Yoga Month movie Titans Of Yoga on DVD featuring 25 Modern Masters of Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness. The movie world premiere Sept. 1 at the Aero Theatre in Los Angeles will bring together yogis and celebrity teachers like Shiva Rea, Vinnie Morano, Sara Ivanhoe and others.
