New Tenants Take 19,000 Square Feet at Broward County’s First LEED Office Building

Advance Restaurant Finance, Global Medical Management and Black and Veatch Corporation have all signed multi-year lease agreements for office space at the Sunrise, Florida building. - Advanced Restaurant Finance, LLC signed a new lease for just over 6,600 square feet with a term of 7.5 years. Established in 2001, the company provides short term, working capital for merchants throughout the U.S. With its corporate office in San Mateo, California, Advanced Restaurant Finance also maintains affiliate offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and Houston, Texas.
- Black & Veatch Corporation signed an expansion bringing its total leased space to 3,550 square feet with a term of 5 years. Founded in 1915, Black & Veatch is a leading global engineering, consulting and construction company. The employee-owned company has more than 100 offices worldwide, and is ranked on the Forbes "500 Largest Private Companies in the United States" listing.
- Global Medical Management, Inc. (GMMI) signed a new lease for 9,085 square feet with a term of 5.5 years. The company was founded in 1992 as a managed care and cost containment organization to service international insurance carriers and their travelers, GMMI’s client list includes over 50 of the world’s leading insurance and assistance companies from more than 20 countries world-wide.
