Electric Pressure Washers Offer More Flow

DaimerĀ®'s new 8300-series machines now include three configurations all offering 0.6 GPM of water flow for heavier-duty jobs requiring no-fume cleaning.

Woburn, MA, August 19, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Daimer Industries, Inc.®, established as the biggest provider of electric pressure washers globally, announced plans to introduce three Vapor-Flo® 8300 series machines: the 8375, 8325 and 8350. The machines generate pressure ratings of nearly 1700 psi, flow rates of 0.6 GPM and hot water temperatures of nearly 175°F. The exhaust-free units are noted for low water waste, which makes them a good choice for cleaning professionals who want to offer environmentally-sound, green cleaning.

"We will introduce three heated 8300 systems in a variety of case and power configurations," explains Daimer.com green products manager Matthew Baratta. "In addition to mobile and stationary designs, the machines can be purchased with one of two power options."

Pressure Washers with Higher Flow Rates

All three of the new Vapor-Flo® 8300 pressure washers generate water flow, heat and pressure levels using only electricity. The units can produce water flow rates of 0.6 GPM. This is a higher rate than the 0.4 GPM flow rate of the 8200-class Vapor-Flo machines, but still low enough for cleaning delicate, easily damaged machinery and surfaces.

The 8300 pressure washers use a coil-based heater to provide both cold water and hot water cleaning options. The heater can turn cold water to 175°F in just 20 seconds.

The pressure-generating subsystems are based on commercial-grade electric motors, which are warrantied for a year by Daimer® Industries®. The systems rely on continual-use/direct drive pumps warrantied for 5 years by Daimer.

The hot pressure washers come with a 25° anti-rust metal pressure nozzle plus an integrated filter. The machines can be purchased to configured for 3 phase, 60 Hz 230V power or 3 phase, 60 Hz 440V power.

The 8325 and 8375 systems are mounted on wheels for maximum portability. The 8350 stationary machine was engineered for static, non-mobile applications. The 8325 and 8350 come housed in non-rusting steel cases. The 8375 comes housed in a non-chip, non-reactive, non-rusting, powder metal case.
