Mr. Eisenberg will provide his insights at panel on "Lucrative Opportunities Investing in Distressed Debt."

Eisenberg is co-founder of Amherst Partners and specializes in advising small to middle market companies on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, financings, business valuations, turnarounds and other advisory services for companies in the manufacturing, service, technology, distribution and retail industries. In his career, Mr. Eisenberg has worked on over 50 investment banking transactions, and has advised over 100 companies in regards to their business plans, projections and other financial matters.

Prior to forming Amherst, Mr. Eisenberg was a Vice President of Onset BIDCO, Inc., a subordinated debt investment company, and was part of the management team that built a large and successful portfolio consisting of over 20 investments in small and medium sized companies with revenues between $2 and $50 million. Mr. Eisenberg is a CPA, earning his Bachelor's degree in accounting at the University of Illinois and his MBA in finance at Indiana University.
