New Dawn Technologies Executive Elected to IJIS Institute Board of Directors

Ashburn, VA, August 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The IJIS Institute, a nonprofit organization that focuses on mission-critical information sharing for justice, public safety, and homeland security, announces that Frank A. Felice, co-owner of New Dawn Technologies and vice president of sales and marketing, has been elected to the Institute’s Board of Directors.

“Frank has been involved in the justice and public safety field for over fifteen years and brings a wealth of knowledge to the Board,” said Mike Lyons, president of the IJIS Institute Board of Directors. “Frank has been involved in all aspects of company management and currently provides executive leadership at New Dawn Technologies. His company is focused on the courts and prosecutor market segments and Frank brings with him valuable and needed experience in that part of the justice domain.”

Mr. Felice is a long time member of the IJIS Institute where he helped facilitate New Dawn Technologies’ participation in creating reference documents for the exchange of data from prosecutors to other justice partners.

Other individuals elected to serve a three-year term on the IJIS Institute Board of Directors (listed in alphabetical order) are Glenn Archer (re-elected), ARC Consulting; Ken Bouche, Hillard-Heintze; and Betty Kelepecz, Public Safety Consulting (re-elected). They join the existing members of the Board: Mary Ellen Condon, Condon Associates; Mike Lyons, VisionAIR; James Paat, Sypherlink; Sudhi Umarji, Trusted Federal Systems; Dave Usery, URL Integration; Gerry Wethington, Unisys; and Morgan Wright, Alcatel-Lucent.
