In his capacity as the Chairman, Dr. Ramachandra Galla has promoted and established the following companies: Amara Raja Batteries Limited - a JV with Johnson Controls Inc (Amaron batteries), Amara Raja Power Systems Limited, Mangal Precision Products Limited, Amara Raja Electronics Limited and Galla Foods Limited.
