Attorney J.D. Hensarling Teaches at Campbell University School of Law

Raleigh, NC, September 01, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Ragsdale Liggett PLLC announces that J.D. Hensarling will teach Pretrial Litigation at Campbell University School of Law in Raleigh, NC, this fall as an Adjunct Professor.

Mr. Hensarling remains fully engaged in his practice in the litigation and trial department at Ragsdale Liggett while teaching at Campbell Law School.

About J.D. Hensarling:
J.D. Hensarling is an attorney practicing in the litigation department at Ragsdale Liggett PLLC, where he represents clients in complex business disputes, contract and construction disputes and disputes involving unfair and deceptive trade practices, personal injury, and complex insurance matters. His practice also involves advising clients regarding e-discovery issues. He is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Fourth, Fifth, and D.C. circuits, as well as the District of Columbia Circuit Court, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western and Middle districts of North Carolina, and the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern and Western districts of Texas.

Mr. Hensarling studied at Leningrad Polytechnic University in the Soviet Union, and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Russian/Soviet Studies and History from the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia in 1992. He earned his Juris Doctor in 1996 at the University of Houston Law Center where he served on the Houston Law Review. He earned his Master of Liberal Arts in Russian Studies in 2005 from St. Thomas University in Houston. Hensarling is a member of the North Carolina State Bar, the State Bar of Texas and the District of Columbia Bar. A native of Houston, Texas, J.D. resides in Raleigh with his wife and three children.
