Yuvan Medspa Brings New Procedures to Charlotte

Cornelius, NC, December 30, 2006 --(PR.com)-- The new upscale Yuvan MedSpa in Cornelius offers an array of treatments to help skin look younger and decrease signs of aging. Two procedures: VibraDermabrasion with infusion and Frozen in Time™ Stem Cell Skin Therapy, are new to the Charlotte market.

VibraDermabrasion with infusion is a gentler way to reduce signs of skin aging than regular microdermabrasion. VibraDermabrasion with infusion removes the top layer of skin to reduce sun damage, decrease the prominence of age spots, fine lines, acne scarring and pigmentary problems. VibraDermabrasion can be used on non-facial skin as well to treat dry patches, sun damage and keratosis pilaris. Infusion of “condition specific” elements such as lightening agents, moisturizers, vitamins and minerals accompany the procedure.

Genetically flawless live stem cells are introduced into dry, mature skin in the Frozen in Time™ Stem Cell Skin Therapy process to encourage cells to generate healthier, stronger and more youthful-looking skin. The stem cell treatment is FDA-approved, and is used for skin that has been damaged by sun and stress, as well as to encourage the growth of healthy skin after surgery, chemical peels, sunburn and laser treatments.
