Deanne Desautels, President of AFP, indicated "In today’s economy, job seekers are learning that the traditional method’s of finding a job are not working, but they are not sure how to use other avenue’s of hunting for a job. This event is not only one of those avenues, but some of the participants will be able to give tools to job seekers about other non-traditional forms of job seeking. Using networking as part of your job hunt strategy is becoming more of a benefit rather than leaving your resume on a table at a job fair."
