Charlotte, NC Home Staging Professionals Report Achievements in Business and Community

Charlotte, NC, September 14, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The 2010 board of directors of Charlotte IAHSP® Regional Chapter (CIRC) is proud to announce the following achievements:

Charlotte IAHSP® (CIRC) chapter membership has grown by nine members since fall to reach its current total of 21 members. Members are limited to Accredited Staging Professionals® (ASP®) who complete required physical training courses in home staging through StagedHomes.com University.

The organization has generated $1,400 in revenue from new and renewing chapter business affiliates. The membership has strengthened its business affiliate program by staying better connected through its referral handouts, LinkedIn, Facebook, and the chapter newsletter.

CIRC developed a bi-monthly chapter newsletter where all members contribute articles. The newsletter is distributed to CIRC members and chapter business affiliates and also ASPs® and/or past ASPs® in the greater Charlotte region.

Monthly roundtable discussions have been established. The membership has discussed methods for tracking inventory, pricing of services, and marketing to sellers. Members also share tips and advice on doing business.

The community ambassador program and World Wide Staging Service Week® has been expanded. CIRC chapter members donated labor, materials, furnishings, and finances to assist three nonprofit agencies in three separate projects.

Charlotte IAHSP® (CIRC) has been recognized in the local press and TV for its efforts.

The International Association of Home Staging Professionals® will feature Charlotte IAHSP® (CIRC) in an upcoming conference call, which will be open to all members of the association.
