Red Fez Publications Names New Poetry Editor

The evolution of Red Fez Publications continues with the addition of Claudia Lamar to the editorial staff.

Toronto, Canada, September 22, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Red Fez Publications has appointed Claudia Lamar as associate poetry editor. Claudia joins the staff of Head Poetry Editor Michael D. Grover for the 29th issue of Red Fez, due out in December 2010.

Currently a student at the University of Metaphysical Sciences in Arcata, California, Claudia gained experience as a copywriter, editor and production coordinator at Jack Brain & Associates Inc. in Castro Valley, California. Claudia assisted with editorial duties for a 1400-page anthology of women writers, proofreading and line editing short stories, plays, and poems.

Ms. Lamar is also bilingual so she can reject bad poetry in both Spanish and English.

Claudia has indicated that "She really wants to be a whirling dervish…"

According to Red Fez, "We already employ a poem dervish and we’re allergic to undue whirling, so she’s stuck as poetry editor for now."

Claudia begins her editing duties at Red Fez effective immediately.
