Lori Karavolis, educator & gluten-free baker, (formerly Lori Bakes), will demonstrate how easy it is to pack a great tasting and nutritious gluten-free lunch. She will provide useful information and show you that eating gluten-free is more than salad without the croutons. All participants will receive helpful tips, new ideas and tasty samples.
Lori Karavolis has been baking gluten-free since 1999 and has owned and operated a gluten-free bakery. She is also the author of four self-published cookbooks.
