Stuart L. Scott is Chief Information Officer of Tempur-Pedic International. Scott joined Tempur-Pedic in October 2009 where he leads the IT organization globally. Prior to this position, Scott was Chief Operating Officer of TBW where he led the Mortgage Servicing, Insurance, Appraisal management and Title business units as well as the shared services functions.

Scott was previously the Chief Information Officer for Microsoft Corporation where he was responsible for the IT, Quality, and Risk Management organizations. With his work in driving Microsoft’s IT transformation and customer relationships, Scott was recognized as one of the IT industry’s Top 50 Innovators by InformationWeek in 2007. The prior 17 years, Scott held roles at General Electric Co. (GE), where he was a Corporate Vice President and served as CIO for its Consumer, Industrial and Healthcare divisions. He was recognized by CIO Magazine as one of the Top 100 CIO’s while at GE.

He developed Coca-Cola’s global technology strategies and drove business technology transformation related to applications, architecture, telecommunications, security, and operations in over 200 countries. Greg was also responsible for effecting global technology change across The Coca-Cola Bottling System (with revenues of over $80B).

Prior to Coca-Cola Greg was Global Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President for Aon Corporation. Before Aon, Greg led GE’s Global Service Delivery Team and held a variety of leadership roles including Chief Information Officer for GE Research and Development, Chief Technology Officer for GE Aircraft Engines, and served in various leadership roles at GE Capital.
