RbD Inc. Unveils BRAVO2: Lower Cost Greater Employee Productivity

St Louis, MO, October 20, 2010 --(PR.com)-- RbD (Recognition by Design Inc) unveiled it’s digitally enhanced BRAVO application tailored to fit tighter budgets and higher management expectations. BRAVO2, has been streamlined not diminished in anyway. All the features that made BRAVO an efficient employee recognition strategy in the market, are still there, just the communications, and administration functions have been enhanced to incorporate digital administrative tools & social communications. New features incorporate social media including; Facebook, Twitter, and Blogging.

RbD still manages all aspects of progress measurement including; tracking benchmarks for individual employees, departments, division/corporate, against previous highs to verify BRAVO2’s effectiveness. What’s different is, “we just digitized the time consuming administrative procedures,” says RbD’s New Business Director, Ned Durham. Durham believes “it is impossible for any organization not to achieve its reasonable objectives if it clearly provides employees an opportunity to earn the recognition they earnestly desire.” Of course, “the reverse is also true, deny an employee “just” appreciation & recognition, and watch employee efficiency diminish.”

RbD isn't daunted by these difficult times of ever shrinking budgets. In fact, RbD’s management believes the need for focused employee recognition/awards has never been greater, especially for small businesses (100 -500 employees). As of now BRAVO2 is an effective solution to the malaise and doubt many employees experience after layoffs and reductions of benefits. BRAVO2 replaces time consuming and expensive points programs by effectively focusing on an individual’s productive behavior bringing increased efficiency not the actual outcome. Durham has to remind managers that it’s the process to outcome that’s most important. Results are assured with a consistent positive process. It’s the process that needs attention, not the sometimes “iffy” short term result.

Certainly smaller business are constrained by shrinking budgets and cannot provide raises and broad benefit packages as before... but they certainly have the ability to effectively fill the ever increasing need of employees for sincere recognition of their performance and positive attitudes. No one can deny, if you provide employees a clear way to fill a deep need, and their behavior will change to fulfill that need.

RbD, located in Saint Louis, MO, has been providing employee recognition awards and strategies to large and medium sized businesses since 1998.
