Rosen, President and Chief Executive Officer of the MediSys Health Network. “For the past 14 years, we’ve been able to use the donations to enhance our Pediatric Departments and ensure that we’re providing our youngest patients with the highest quality of care.”

Angels On The Bay was founded in 1994 by Frank Russo, Jr., his family and friends. This small group of “Angels in Training” began their mission to be the keepers of hope and the guardians of dreams to all children in need of a little miracle. Their inspiration came from personal encounters with pediatric illness and their personal concern for the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bruno Rinaldi, Adrianna Rinaldi, who was stricken with terminal cancer in 1994.
