The festival is a celebration of healthy living and will feature tutorials on the methods in achieving a healthy body and mind. The event is being organized by the Art of Living Foundation, which is a non-profit organization that aids and educates people with self-development.
As well as the yoga class people can learn to calm their minds and develop a greater spiritual awareness through a number of methods such as meditation.
