Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort Hosts Open House

Panama City Beach, FL, October 15, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Panama City Beach is home to one of only 17 RV Resorts nationwide to have achieved a coveted industry rating. Each year Trailer Life rates RV parks and campgrounds based on a detailed criteria that covers attractiveness, cleanliness and how complete the facility is. Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort has attained the 10/10*/10 rating for the third year in a row.

Now the Resort is taking the next step in it's development. The Resort has recently begun development for 25 Park Model sites which will be leased to the Park Model buyers. On Saturday, October 23, 2010 Emerald Coast RV Beach Resort will be hosting an open house from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

Situated around the pond on the northeast corner of the property, the Park Models will overlook the pond. The pond itself will be enlarged and will have two fountains in the middle. The limited number of sites will make this an ideal location for snowbirds or for a summer second home.

Park Model homes have been a popular investment in Florida for a number of years. Because of this, there are several manufacturers located within the state.
