Two Attorneys Join Smith Dollar PC

Santa Rosa, CA, October 23, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The Santa Rosa firm of Smith Dollar PC welcomes two new attorneys to the firm. Henry A. Cirillo and Reed E. Harvey will further enhance the firm's already extensive lineup of experienced attorneys in business, real estate and financial services litigation.

Henry A. Cirillo, who accepted a position of managing litigation partner, has practiced for over twenty-two years in the area of complex business litigation, concentrating in the areas of antitrust and securities fraud class actions and accounting malpractice. Mr. Cirillo has defended many major accounting firms and underwriters, including Ernst & Young, KPMG Peat Marwick, Deloitte & Touche, Alex. Brown & Sons, and Montgomery Securities. He has also represented the National Football League, American Central Gas Technologies, Inc., and former defense contractor Tracor, Inc. He has been appointed by the courts to serve as interim co-lead counsel in various class actions, and has substantial experience in virtually all aspects of civil litigation, including trial, alternative dispute resolution, expert and fact witness depositions, oral argument, settlement, written discovery, civil motion practice and appeals.

Reed E. Harvey has been practicing law for over eighteen years. Mr. Harvey is an experienced litigator, having represented clients, in contract and real estate disputes, the latter including matters involving construction defects, landslides, disclosures, boundaries, leases, loans and easements. He has prepared and negotiated many different types of agreements, including stock purchase agreements, corporate transactional agreements, leases, license agreements, employment agreements and film option/story right agreements.
