Mr. Walker has experience providing legal advice to U.S. and foreign companies of all sizes, exchange-traded funds, private companies, funds and hedge funds related to cross-border, corporate transactions, and for public and private offerings of common stock, preferred stock and debt securities. He provides insightful guidance to entities when navigating global and cross-border opportunities that involve a complex array of trade, investment, capital, services, products, and technology-based decision making.
Mr. Walker’s corporate law experience includes negotiating and executing term sheets and deal terms for corporate finance, OTC derivatives, hedge fund, and private equity transactions. He also advises on compliance matters with federal and state securities, cross border transactional, banking, commodities, and ERISA laws and regulations, and on the rules and regulations of FINRA, NASD, the NFA and securities and futures exchanges globally.
