Invaluable Tips and Trends Revealed at the Showcase Speakers Breakfast, Hosted by Speakers Corner

Bonfire weekend will start bright and early with a bang as Speakers Corner welcome their most valued clients for a fabulous breakfast served alongside a selection of their best speakers. Experts will be revealing the latest key insights into the trends and challenges facing the events industry and how to effortlessly stay one step ahead of the rest.

London, United Kingdom, October 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- On the morning of Friday 5th November leading speakers' bureau Speakers Corner will be hosting an exclusive speakers' breakfast delivering some fabulous food and a chance to be updated on the latest inside information in the events industry.

It's a chance to meet the team and be inspired by the award-winning host and keynote speakers who are bang up-to-date and will keep any events' organiser ahead of the game. Breakfast will be served from 8am onwards with Chief Legal Correspondent Clive Coleman opening the proceedings at 8.15am. Clive is an award-winning host and TV and radio broadcaster. He is not only a regular on rolling news and radio but also has many a comedy string to his bow – Clive's comedy writing credits include Have I Got News For You and Jonathan Ross to name but a few.

Clive will be introducing one of The Independent's "top 10 global trendwatchers" futurist Rohit Talwar – an inspirational man who has shared the stage with Arnold Schwarzenegger whilst delivering his wisdom on the future of California and whose clients include the likes of Orange, the BBC, Ernst & Young and Hyundai. Rohit will be revealing his latest tips on current trends and the future of the events market. He has already consulted in 40 countries across 5 continents and has considerable expertise advising at every level from growing innovative start-ups to the CEOs of major corporations, tapping into ideas and looking at the effect of emerging markets and the rising online virtual worlds. Rohit is the founder of the consultancy Fast Future and the think tank Global Futures and Foresight and the author of ‘Designing the Future'. He skilfully links the trends in global markets, business and economics to their effects on the event industry today and tomorrow, keeping guests aware of pitfalls to be avoided and paths to be followed.

Clive will also be introducing Wayne Hemingway MBE, fresh from organising his festival "Vintage" at Goodwood where he was joined by Daisy Lowe, Mick Hucknall and Lily Allen who was launching her new fashion range "Lucy in Disguise". The 3-day event in August was the first festival of its kind and as well as attracting over 40,000 people it received high praise from The Times, The Guardian, The Independent and the London Evening Standard. The brainchild of Vintage and co-founder of fashion label Red or Dead will be sharing the lessons he has learned in his quest to provide a fresh and unique take on the festival circuit. Wayne was keen to celebrate 5 decades of British cool and creativity during the event which reunited music, fashion, culture, food, the environment, sustainability and design. His own company Hemingway Design has brought a breath of fresh air to interiors, books and exhibitions, producing innovative projects in every area from affordable social housing projects to the Institute of Directors' club on Pall Mall. Wayne's extensive experience and insights are not to be missed.

Finally, where would events be without the branding and marketing expertise of the likes of Kevin Jackson - the Senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing at Jack Morton Worldwide - who will be joining the breakfast fresh from the African Experiential Marketing Summit in Johannesburg. Kevin has developed and delivered campaigns for British Airways, Coca-Cola and Budweiser and will enlighten guests with his motivational messages from one of the biggest marketing companies in the world. He has been responsible for winning new clients including Heineken, Westfield and Allen & Overy, and he is an expert at smoothing the transition of clients into the agency and keeping everybody happy in his role as strategic consultant and relationship manager. When Kevin's not being mistaken for Harry Hill or Heston Blumenthal he is busy writing his "Depth Perception" blog and being a very proud father to the first Londoner to take on the role of Billy Elliott on the West End stage, his son Fox Jackson.

There will also be an opportunity to question the experts with a Q&A and proceedings will be brought to a close around 9:30am. The event takes place at Prospero House, just 5 minutes from London Bridge, so it's even possible to pop into Borough Market on the way back to the office to pick up some more delights for lunch. The team are really looking forward to welcoming each and every client for a celebration and discussion of the latest and most invaluable insights.
