Online Greentech Investor Conference Updates List of Presenting Experts from Water, Environmental and Renewable Energy Sectors

Burning of Fossil Fuels Linked to Rising Global Temperatures, Creating Risks of Increased Drought and Storms.

Point Roberts, WA, January 19, 2007 --(, and its greentech portals, global investor and industry resources for the renewable and clean tech sector, updates its list of speakers and participating public companies for the upcoming online investor conference on ‘Investing in the Environment’.

The conference, available March 21st, 2007 starting at 9:00 am EST and archived thereafter, will include presentations (audio with power point slides) from experts across various ‘green’ sectors such as water, environmental, and renewable energy, looking at trends and opportunities within cleantech as global efforts to combat the risks of global warming and other environmental concerns escalate.

Newly added keynote speakers include William Brennan, the President & Managing Partner of AquaTerra Asset Management LLC, and Senior Portfolio Manager of the Praetor Global Water Fund; Peter C. Fusaro, Chairman & Founder of Global Change Associates and a leading expert in energy, environmental financial markets and clean energy technology; Samuel Jones, President of All Season Financial Advisors, Inc., Registered Investment Advisor; J. Recent data from the National Climatic Data Center (NCDC) reveals that 2006 has been recorded as the warmest year on record and indications show that this trend will continue domestically and globally. In fact, the past nine years have all been among the 25 warmest years on record, a streak which the NCDC labels as “unprecedented”.

According to the NCDC report, five of the first seven months of 2006 were drier than average and when these conditions combined with unusually warm temperatures, drought was intensified across much of the United States. The NCDC attributes the burning of fossil fuels and El Niño as contributing factors to the rising temperatures, causing concerns over the potential for increased occurrences of drought and storms.

As the world continues to address issues of global warming to help reduce the impact on today’s and tomorrow’s environment, viable market opportunities have arisen for companies pursuing solutions in this area. The Online Greentech Conference will take a closer look at the challenges and opportunities within this vital market as companies make a business of helping the environment.

Current participating public companies include ZAP (OTCBB: ZAAP), Rotoblock Corporation (OTCBB: ROTB), WaterBank of America (USA) Inc. (OTCBB: WBKA) and International Barrier Technology Inc. (OTCBB: IBTGF).

The online conference is free to investors and online visitors, with login registration.
