For that Shah was chosen for the prestigious Team Fitness America Personal Trainer Of The Month Award.
Shah, who is also in line for personal trainer of the year, holds a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science and Physiology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Physical Therapy from Sadar Patel University in Gujarat, India. Shah is a top-level New Jersey fitness trainer for Team Fitness America. Her philosophy of using health and fitness to prevent disease, while commonplace in her home country of India is unique in America. Clients of Team Fitness America are pleasantly surprised when Shah shows up at their door and proceeds to provide fitness training and physical therapy exercises to treat pre-existing physical ailments alongside with traditional American based fitness training and exercise programming.
