Local Cookie Company Donates Percentage of Sales to Susan G. Komen Foundation

Owner Gives Back to Cause Via Company Website Cookie Sales, Through End of This Year.

Cleveland, OH, November 10, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Today, The Biscotti Factory announces that via it's cookie delivery website, BiscottiDelivery.com they will donate a percentage of each sale to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. From now through December 30, 2010, The Biscotti Factory will donate $1.00 for every pound of cookies bought through the website.

"A lot of people make a huge difference in this foundation being able to make a difference in the lives of a lot of women," says Biscotti Factory owner, Maria DiCorpo whom had a cousin that died of breast cancer several years ago. "With the holidays approaching, money is tighter than normal for most folks wanting to donate so we want to be able to help if we can. It's just a small way of giving back."

The Biscotti Factory was started in 2008 to bring a better Italian cookie and biscotti to market and personally deliver it to the customer with no minimum order via BiscottiDelivery.com. Most traditional Italian cookies and biscotti are hard and bland. However, DiCorpo uses her late mother's 40 year old original recipes to create a cookie line that has not only been a family staple for years, but is also easy on the teeth and great tasting.
