Barbour ABI Releases Quarter Three Construction Analysis

Barbour ABI have recently released their quarterly review analysis, which highlights key building projects and the best performing sectors.

Cheshire, United Kingdom, November 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Construction Review is a popular read amongst construction industry professionals. Starting with leading stories from two respected sources; Brian Green who blogs for Building magazine and Dr Noble Francis from the Construction Products Association.

The review goes on to provide a detailed analysis of all sectors within the construction industry. Here’s an extract from the Residential Sector Summary (July to September 2010):

The residential sector saw output levels down 50% on the previous quarter, although it was marginally up on the corresponding quarter of 2009. Lack of confidence amongst the private housebuilders, lack of mortgage funding availability, and the news that government social housing expenditure is to be reduced by 50%, is bound to affect this sector.

Barbour ABI reports on every new building project in the UK, enhancing planning application and public tender information at each stage of the construction lifecycle. For over 70 years, the Barbour ABI portfolio has provided industry leading services to the construction community.

Rebecca Pedler, Marketing Manager, says: “We’ve been producing Construction Review for a number of years now, and it’s always been well received. It provides a great insight into the sectors performance, whilst also introducing the flexibility of Barbour ABI’s services. This report is compiled in-house using ABI’s data and reporting capabilities, and is a free publication for everyone to use.”
