An Organic Evening with the Garden at Eden

Fort Myers, FL, November 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Fashions and organic food will mix at an Organic Evening with the Garden at Eden, hosted by Saks Fifth Avenue at the Bell Tower Shops (U.S. 41 and Daniels Parkway). An Organic Evening will be held on Tuesday, November 16 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. and will benefit Eden Autism Services Florida.

Farm-fresh organic foods will be available, just in time for the Thanksgiving Holiday. Author Jan-Marie Etzel will be on hand to sign copies of her new Garden at Eden Cookbook. Guests will also enjoy:

- Organic Cuisine by Chef Brooke
- Dessert by Gracie’s Cupcakes
- Farm stand and displays by organic farmer John Puig

ECHO (Educational Concerns for Hunger Organization) will also join Eden with a display and information on how ECHO is helping to fight world hunger. Funds raised through An Organic Evening will benefit Eden’s Schools for children with autism in Southwest Florida.

“This event allows us to offer the organic produce grown at the Garden at Eden, Naples’ only community –based organic training farm, to our supporters in Fort Myers,” said Susan Suarez, executive director of Eden Autism Services Florida. “Through events like this, we are able to fulfill our Garden program’s goal of providing improved nutrition and vocational training for individuals with autism more squarely into the public eye.”
