In Coaching Skills II attendees "learn about the receptive and active coaching skills which are specifically useful in working with people with a variety of organizing challenges." Organizer Coach Integration "addresses the multifaceted coaching methodologies which complement organizing work." In addition to time spent in class, coaching skills are practiced in small groups.

“Being an Organizer Coach further enhances my ability to help clients achieve organization with lasting results™,” says Russell. “I am excited to add phone coaching to my repertoire of tools."
