Cary, NC, November 18, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Janice Russell, CPO-CD, president of Minding Your Matters® Organizing headquartered in Cary, NC, is a recent graduate of the Organizer Coach Foundation Training offered by The Coach Approach for Organizers™.

The training included four courses taken over 11 months: Coaching Skills I, Brain-Based Coaching, Coaching Skills II and Organizer Coach Integration. According to the Coach Approach for Organizers website, Coaching Skills I "trains organizers in a coaching model designed specifically for organizers in their work with clients." Brain-Based Coaching "focuses on coaching with a client’s strengths and challenges in mind – particularly when presented with the organizing and executive functioning challenges found in ADD and common co-existing conditions." In Coaching Skills II attendees "learn about the receptive and active coaching skills which are specifically useful in working with people with a variety of organizing challenges." Organizer Coach Integration "addresses the multifaceted coaching methodologies which complement organizing work." In addition to time spent in class, coaching skills are practiced in small groups.

“Being an Organizer Coach further enhances my ability to help clients achieve organization with lasting results™,” says Russell. “I am excited to add phone coaching to my repertoire of tools."
