Tax services employee works his way up to one of the company’s top positions.

Gourdin joined FSI Tax as the Case Manager Supervisor where he was responsible for overseeing FSI Tax case work. He implemented steps to enhance service quality and efficiency. He was then promoted to Operations Director and tasked with overseeing the company’s case management and sales processes.
