)-- Black and Missing Foundation Inc. (BAM FI) today announced that it has begun to use Twitter (Twitter@BAM_FI) as another vehicle to feature missing persons of color.
"We must utilize all avenues to bring awareness to missing persons of color,”"said President and CEO Derrica Wilson. "A large number of individuals have simply vanished without a trace, and Twitter is another medium that will provide more exposure, which, in turn, will aid in our goal of helping families find their loved ones."
Black and Missing Foundation Inc. is a (501)(c)(3), nonprofit organization whose mission is to bring awareness to missing persons of color, provide vital resources and tools to missing person's families and friends, and to educate the minority community on personal safety.
