Prior to signing up with "My House Is Worth What?" Gonzalez had appeared in four episodes of “National Open House” another popular series on HGTV. He also has been recognized as one of the “30 under 30” brokers by the National Association of Realtors and has lent his expert advice to numerous real estate-related articles in publications such as The New York Times, The Miami Herald and Hispanic Magazine.

At age thirteen, Gonzalez migrated to the U.S. from Havana, Cuba with his parents. He began his real estate career right out of high school and in 2003 founded his first real estate company. In the summer of 2006 he also launched www.affordablecondos.com, an internet real estate portal which up to date has listed more than 3,450 condos throughout the U.S. totaling over $2 Billion in value. The site helps buyers, sellers and real estate professionals alike in the search and marketing of affordable condos.
