The new line of cookies was created mindfully of children and adults who have Celiac Disease and/or Diabetes. Retailers on Long Island and New York City are seeking Madison’s Gluten Free Cookies because the cookies are chewy and delicious. Most cookies that are in this market are bland and dry, and a vast majority of retailers don't have a quality cookie that is both Gluten and Sugar Free. One of the major reasons for repeat business, Mark Schenker quoted, is that you can't taste that the cookie is Gluten Free or Sugar Free. Chefs on Long Island and in New York City tested the cookies and said, "WOW, these are really good!" Mark comments that Long Island doctors were impressed with not only the great taste, but also the healthy ingredients that are contained in the cookie.
The line will continue to expand throughout the US through distributors as well as its online website at www.madisonsglutenfreecookies.com. The website will be donating a portion of its proceeds to the Celiac Foundation and the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation to help fight for a cure.
