2011 Diamond Volunteer Award Winners Selected

Four non-profits organizations from the southwest Florida area have won the 2011 Diamond Volunteer Award.

Naples, FL, December 13, 2010 --(PR.com)-- The winners of the 2011 Diamond Volunteer Program have been announced and increased to four from last year’s three selected organizations. The four groups were chosen based on their exceptional volunteer dedication and the extraordinary positive influence that the charity has in the local community. They are: Bedtime Bundles, Hope for Haiti, Senior Friendship Centers, and Sunlight Home.

Kelly E. Capolino PA, a local top producing real estate professional, founded the Diamond Volunteer Program in 2009 as a way to honor hardworking volunteers of non-profit organizations. The organizations were selected because of their commitment to their mission of improving life in the southwest Florida community and their dependence on their diligent volunteers.

“The program’s goal is to honor the volunteers of three non-profits, but this year, it was impossible to choose less than the four selected,” said Capolino. “All of the groups are so worthy of this award; there is no way we could exclude one! Therefore, Sunlight Home and Bedtime Bundles will share their reception. Not only do I get the pleasure of meeting these wonderful individuals, but they will be able to learn more about each other as well!”

Each organization selected will be honored at a personal cocktail reception given for 25 of their volunteers/guests. Each of the four selected organizations will also receive a press release written for their organization, photos submitted for press coverage, a radio interview, and a framed Diamond Volunteer award. The receptions will be held during the months of January, February and March.
