Clinton, NJ, December 18, 2010 --(PR.com
)-- Just in time for the holidays, the gift of peace. Anju D. Jessani, founder of Divorce with Dignity Mediation Services with offices in Clinton and Hoboken, is offering gift certificates for her services at a discounted price. Certificates are for a 90-minute brain storming, problem solving and conflict resolution session. Before she will sell a certificate, she has a detailed conversation with the purchaser to ensure there are no restraining orders, domestic violence issues, or other circumstances that would preclude clients from using her services, and that the particular situation is appropriate for mediation. Gift certificates are valid for one year, and purchasers will automatically receive a full refund, if the certificate is not presented within the year.
Jessani states that she received a request from a professional colleague for a gift certificate for a family member, and a light bulb went off. Having done many out-of-the box mediations before that don’t fit into either divorce or business mediation, she realized that there are many consumers that need a neutral third party to help facilitate a difficult discussion such a moving or downsizing, but have no idea how a mediator might be able to help. A gift certificate from a knowledgeable friend or family member would go much further than another electronic appliance, and have long lasting benefits to both the donor and recipients.
Jessani is on NJ Biz’s list of Top 20 Family/Divorce Mediators and has been in practice since 1997. She is a graduate of Douglass College, Rutgers University, and received her MBA from the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. Prior to her career in mediation, she was a Vice President with JP Morgan, and before that, a management consultant with Price Waterhouse. She is an Accredited Professional Mediator with the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators, having served as President of the Association from 2005-2007, and is also an Advanced Practitioner with the Association for Conflict Resolution, reflecting her high level of training and experience in the field of mediation.
