Gulf Coast Venture Forum January Meeting(s) Held on January 13 in Naples, January 12 in Sarasota

The January meetings of the Gulf Coast Venture Forum in both Sarasota and Naples will feature 3 companies presenting their business plans.

Naples, FL, December 29, 2010 --(PR.com)-- Gulf Coast Venture Forum (GCVF) President Tim Cartwright would like to notify existing members and those interested in membership of the upcoming monthly meetings of the Gulf Coast Venture Forum.

The Sarasota Chapter meeting will take place on Wednesday, January 12, 2011, from 4 to 6 P.M. at The Hyatt Regency Sarasota, 1000 Blvd of the Arts in Sarasota. The Naples meeting will be held the following day, Thursday, January 13, 4 to 6 P.M. at the Tiburon Golf Course Members Club Room, 2610 Tiburon Drive.

Three industrious Florida entrepreneurs, RAM Network Services LLC, VisApp LLC, and LinguaSys will present their business plans at the January meetings. RAM Network Services is a telecommunications company organized to capitalize on the rapid growth of wireless and fiber optic technologies. VisApp will introduce ColorStager, a web-based visualization tool that can help buyers and real estate agents turn unkempt properties into dream homes through virtual paint and flooring updates. LinguaSys is a next generation language translation software company serving large enterprises and governments with on-the-fly translations

The purpose of the Gulf Coast Venture Forum is to promote the success of Southwest Florida’s new and emerging businesses by bringing together the best entrepreneurs, early stage venture capital firms and Angel Investors. Members of the GCVF meet monthly to hear about local investment opportunities, and they also offer informative educational programs presented by seasoned, recognized professionals and business people, providing a place for the sharing and exchange of business and technical experience. Monthly meetings are scheduled October through June each year. GCVF is also available to provide speakers to local organizations who want to learn more about the purpose of the GCVF and local investment opportunities.
