Phuket, Thailand, January 07, 2011 --(PR.com)-- Khun Narong Pattamasaevi, the Executive Chairman of Three Dolphins Co., Ltd., which owns and operates world-renowned Trisara, Phuket, made the announcement the Three Dolphins Group has signed contracts to complete transactions to acquire 100% of shares in The Boathouse Inn and Restaurant Co., Ltd. plus other related real estate properties in Phuket including Oasis adjacent to the Boathouse.

The Boathouse Inn and Restaurant Co., Ltd. owns the legendary Boathouse on Kata Beach, one of the most well-known, prime properties in Phuket on the Andaman west coast. The luxurious boutique hotel has 33 rooms, 3 suites, and 2 pool villas, all facing the sea. For more than 20 years the Boathouse has been the preferred destination attracting discerning guests from Europe, America, and Asia including Thailand.
