National Arbitration Forum Sponsors the American Bar Association Section of Litigation at the Upcoming Annual Meeting

Minneapolis, MN, July 18, 2005 --(PR.com)-- The National Arbitration Forum will sponsor the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Section of Litigation at the Annual Meeting in Chicago, Ill. August 4-9th.  The National Arbitration Forum will reach out to the Section’s members to raise awareness about using out-of-court solutions for resolving disputes.  The Section of Litigation is one of the largest sections of the ABA, representing over 70,000 members.

As a Corporate Sponsor, attendees will see the National Arbitration Forum logo, literature and signage at the Section’s registration desk.  Attendees will also see the National Arbitration Forum in the Section’s bi-monthly newsletter Litigation News and on the Section’s conference web site.

“We are proud to support the Section of Litigation at this year’s Annual Meeting,” said Curtis Brown, general counsel for the National Arbitration Forum. “We are seeing more trial lawyers adopt alternative dispute resolution (ADR) as a means for settling disputes.  As litigation costs soar, more attorneys and their clients are exploring more reasonable solutions.  Our goal is to provide them with the right solutions for out-of-court dispute resolution options that will make them more efficient and effective.”

Overall, the National Arbitration Forum will have a solid presence at the ABA Annual Meeting by:

· Presenting on the “Healthcare ADR: The Tidal Wave Arrives” panel on August 7;
· Presenting on the Business Law Section’s “Annual ADR Update” panel on August 8;
· Presenting at “Solo Day 2005,” an annual CLE program of ABA’s General Practice and Solo, Small Firm Section (GPSolo), held on August 5;
· Exhibiting at the Hyatt Regency during exhibition hours (Booth # 614); and
· Sponsoring the ABA’s Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) and the General Practice and Solo, Small Firm Section (GPSolo) Section.
