Overland Park, KS, January 28, 2011 --(PR.com)-- TITLE Boxing Club is hitting Olathe, Kansas and Polaris, Ohio in January. The newest clubs are the 7th and 8th TITLE Boxing Clubs. Olathe, Kansas TITLE Boxing Club opened Saturday, January 15 and Polaris, Ohio TITLE Boxing Club will be open soon.

Both TITLE Boxing Club locations follow the format that works—the Power Hour. These explosive total body boxing and kickboxing workouts are designed by professional boxers, and can help a member burn up to 1,000 calories in just one hour.

Members get fit without the hit. There is no fighting here, just fitness workouts using heavy bags. Members put on gloves, step up the heavy bag and punch, kick and jab their way to the best shape of their lives.
